Wish also offers Next Day Express Shipping for in stock items. Express Shipping Orders placed before 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day, for overnight delivery. For example, if an order is placed before 2pm PST on a Monday, the order will ship Tuesday and will be guaranteed delivery for Wednesday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will ship Monday, for Tuesday delivery. The charge for overnight shipping is a flat fee of $25.00. Shipping Exceptions: Special Locations: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (This includes all orders outside of US, US Territories, and Canada.) Shipments outside the US usually ship from our warehouse 1-2 business days after order is placed and usually arrive within 10 business days or less after the order is placed.  International orders cannot be shipped to a separate address.  Orders may only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company.

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges and receive no portion of them. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.

Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange, refund or store credit 14 calendar days after delivery of the product.  Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".  Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

*without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

*All sale and clearance merchandise are FINAL SALE

*All special occasion outfits, swimwear, jewelry, beauty/hygiene products, seasonal items, personalized items and special order items (special order items are items that are not in stock) are FINAL SALE.

*within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)

*After 14 days...ALL Sales are FINAL.

*unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refunded back to your credit card. info@wishboutique.com

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging merchandise.
